Water-based printing inks
for the highest standards.

This series includes ready-to-print primary colors (several types per ink) of the highest color strength and brilliance for use in decor gravure printing on all commercially available decor papers and pre-impregnated papers. The inks have a particularly high production run stability at speeds of up to 600 m/min as well as a high lightfastness and are temperature stable.

This series has been specially developed for printing on plastic films such as PP, PE, BOPP, PVC, etc. We recommend a Corona treatment.

With this series, concentrated pearl gloss inks have been developed for use in decor gravure printing, which are suitable for printing on decor papers and pre-impregnated papers and are characterized by high color strength and brilliance.

We offer customer-specific solutions with a variety of special pigments, including various metallic pigments, luminous and security inks, extenders for haptic and optical effects for printing on decor papers and pre-impregnated papers.

These concentrate systems are highly concentrated, water-based pigment pastes. By adding our technical extenders, these become ready-to-print inks.

This concentrate series is characterized by its high color fastness and PAA controlled content. By adding our technical extenders, these become ready-to-print inks.

This series, based on inorganic pigments, is suitable for dying paper in bulk and/or for coloring paper coatings.

The series is ideal for direct printing (postprint) of corrugated cardboard on uncoated, coated and brown liners. Available in ready-to-print or medium-strength color.

Our inks for the frontal printing of plastic films are characterized by good printability and good adhesion or resistance to PE/PP/COEX.

Our inks for napkins as well as bag and wrapping papers fulfill resistance levels according to EN 646, are low migration as well as PAA minimized and controlled.

Printing inks for indirect gravure printing on wood fiber boards. These prevent wood fibers from swelling, are resistant to yellowing and can be painted with EB/UV varnishes.

This series is suitable for printing PVC papers, wallpaper base papers and non-woven fabrics. The inks display up to 3-wave resistance and possess the property of being very inert to plasticizer migration from the substrate. AR WALL products conform to AgBB scheme June 2012.

Our DAYGLOSS inks include the Pantone light inks and are suitable for paper applications.

Our PLAN series displays a very low tendency to stick and prevents the problematic curling of thin papers.

Our BAG series is intended for the production of bags of any kind and meets the common requirements of the paper bag industry.

With a variety of special pigments, individual products such as gold, brass, silver and mica are available in various settings for different substrates.

Anti-slip varnishes for paper, cardboard and films ensure a dull surface and prevent slipping. Gloss/matt grades can be individually adapted.

This varnish can be bonded with common glues. Recesses are not necessary.

Our high-gloss, gloss and matt varnishes are individually adapted to customer requirements.

Our electrostatically conductive overprint varnish is characterized by very good film formation, electrical conductivity, good gloss and acceptable water resistance. Resistance values of up to 7×10⁴ ohms are achieved.

Overprint varnish for the corrugated cardboard sector. Specially designed to achieve optimum abrasion resistance. It is characterized by very high slip, good gloss and very fast drying properties.

Our aqueous barrier varnishes have a very good barrier effect against water and oil. Cobb₁₈₀₀ values up to 40 g/m² are achieved.

Flat varnishes display a very low tendency to stick and prevent the formation of stresses in thin paper runs. There is no need for a countermeasure here.

Overprint varnishes with excellent resistance to alkaline reagents. These varnishes are preferably used in the wallpaper industry.

Pre-print varnishes are used to improve poor paper quality, are dust-binding and have a certain primer function for the further printing process.

Our water- and grease-repelling overprint varnish is suitable for direct contact with food. ISEGA certified.

Our laser varnish is a proprietary, laser-sensitive varnish for marking solutions on various papers and cardboard. As soon as a low-power CO₂ laser is applied to the printed area (date codes, barcodes, 2D codes, graphics and logos), a change in color from white to black is created.

Our 3D varnish is an overprint varnish with expanding effect for printing various papers and cardboard.

Our soft-touch varnish ensures a soft and velvety packaging surface. The varnish can be applied in just one printing process; a haptic experience and a protective film at the same time.

Our marking finish only has a bright effect under UV light and has no function when exposed to daylight. Available for paper and foil printing.

Our heat-resistant overprint varnishes protect pre-printed materials from the effect of heat in the short term and provide a certain mechanical protection.

Our standard pre-print varnishes are divided into different requirement profiles. Special properties such as high gloss, anti-slip effect and special wet block resistance can be achieved using different types of varnish.

These varnishes change color when exposed to temperature. Temperature threshold, color change as well as irreversibility/reversibility can be flexibly adjusted.
